As a key team member of this department, this position supports overall membership retention and recruitment through market-driven program innovation.Applicants 21 or older are preferred but exceptions are possible. The Outdoor Experience Manager leads the development of year-round and residential outdoor programs for girls.The Adventure Programs Lead Instructor is expected to develop and implement systems that will support programmatic growth for adventure programs.This position is responsible for planning daily lessons along with developing curriculum for programs.They are also responsible for guiding campers in their personal growth and daily living skills.
